Shipping policy

  • All items ship via USPS Priority mail with tracking, full insurance and require a signature. 
  • Processing time 1-5 business days.  Priority shipping usually delivers within 1-3 days,

    following processing time.

  • Pickup is available within 1-3 business days, Tues-Fri.  There is currently no pickup options on the weekends.  
  • We do not process on the weekends.    
  • PAYPAL E-CHECK payments take more than a week to clear.  Please understand that this will delay processing of your order.  Your order will not be processed until your e-check clears. 
  • HUMBLE HAIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES FROM ANY CARRIER. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING THE HOLIDAYS MAY UNDERGO SIGNIFICANT DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
  • DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES- Your package has been insured for 100% of the amount you paid, including shipping.  If your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim.  Be sure to choose yourself as the payment recipient.  If your claim is denied, we will make further attempts to file on our end.  This process could take up to 90 days.  We cannot absorb the costs for delayed, lost or stolen packages. 
  • SALES & PRE-ORDERS have unique shipping and processing times.   Please adhere to any guidance on the page banner or product description during these events.
  • We do not ship on US holidays and therefore cannot be counted in "business days" when awaiting your items to be processed.
