We are a mixed community of commission and booth rent stylists, so you can choose the path that fits your goals. Commission stylists work within a structured system that helps you build clientele, strengthen your technical skills, and learn proven methods for service excellence and time management. Booth renters enjoy more independence while still benefiting from a supportive team atmosphere, an optional all-inclusive backbar with professional shampoo and conditioner, marketing resources, and opportunities to earn retail commission.
As you grow, our goal is to help you create stability. Whether that means mastering your craft, earning more in fewer days, or preparing to one day run your own salon.
Our Mentorship Program bridges the gap between beauty school and professional salon life. New stylists receive guidance and hands-on learning through real client experiences, while our experienced booth renters step into leadership roles as mentors. This creates a culture of growth where everyone contributes, learns, and thrives together.
