We are located in the heart of Downtown Norfolk. When you book an appointment, you will be provided the exact address and parking information.

What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non refundable and only transferrable within a reasonable timeframe, as approved by your stylist. If there is no availability for a reschedule, your deposit may not transfer to a new date.
Because we book in advance, we ask that you provide 1-2 weeks notice for cancelling so that you may have a favorable rescheduling experience. Providing this courtesy allows us to operate smoothly and to service those needing appointments.
Kwanza is open for booking. Review her services under the booking tab, choose what you would like and text her to book- 757-202-1032. Shanita is not accepting new clients at this time.
Does Shanita have a waitlist?
Unfortunately, no, there is no waitlist. When Shanita is able to accept new clients, there will be an application process to begin your trial.
Do you offer Bridal services?
Yes. HH offers bridal servicing for the entire wedding party based on a COVID safe plan. Please see the Bridal page for more information on how to begin the process of booking.
