After providing a deep cleanse, we test both porosity and elasticity to determine what your hair needs next. Your results help guide us in choosing the appropriate shampoo—whether your hair needs more hydration or moisture—as well as the type of treatment your hair needs.

And if you shampoo your hair at home, we recommend keeping a clarifying/deep cleansing shampoo and both hydrating and moisturizing shampoos on hand. You simply won’t know what your hair needs from one wash day to the next without testing it.
